I launched an AI Enablement program at Thesis to put a frontier AI provider to work on productivity and innovation. We chose 30 people across technology, strategy, creative, motion and finance, called Explorers, gave them Claude Enterprise seats and training, and asked each to report weekly how they used it, whether it worked, and the impact, typically in hours saved. The average Explorer is saving 8 hours a week across their work.
After two months we set up a formal way for people to pitch solutions that could become software tools or production systems across the agency. A shortcut can be powerful for one person but can’t scale on its own. That’s where Thesis Technology & Innovation comes in: we prioritized use cases with leadership and scaled pilots into enterprise software offerings.
A video-editing plugin that lets producers create motion content without a dedicated motion designer came straight from a pitch. My team built automated brief intake in Lantern, a Slackbot that automates SMS marketing, an AI image-generation pipeline for product assets at scale, and an Airtable workflow that builds emails to test and distribute through Salesforce.
We haven’t been able to grow the team with more engineers, so we equipped the ones we have. With a strategic framework, skilled engineers and an enterprise AI solution, the goal is for each developer to produce ten times the work. So far, engineers are delivering 3–5x faster. We also use Claude Code to scale the builds, including scripts that set up the structure and documentation for each new project automatically.
