I lead digital innovation, and I build what I lead.

At Thesis I own product direction for Lantern, the AI-powered content production platform Nike, Spotify and Adobe use. I also lead a team of four developers applying agentic AI to multiply engineering output, and I stay hands on, building prototypes and custom interfaces for client work.

The result has been a step change in efficiency and cost, which lets the agency scale and pass the savings through to clients.

Retail is the thread. From the sales floor to platforms serving retail at scale.

I started in frontline retail and wholesale sales, then moved into digital: UX at Supernova Interactive, NIKEiD at Nike, and ten years at adidas. At adidas I was the first employee with Mobile in the title, built the first mobile site, and later led the digital innovation work from Confirmed through LabA and Into the Metaverse.

Innovation takes teams that trust each other. At adidas I led LabA, a cross-functional group spread across five locations, and built it on psychological safety.
